Each project team has assigned personnel responsible for quality control. Additionally, each project has an assigned quality assurance team independent from the project team.
We employ a Quality Assurance process company-wide involving continuous review and improvement of our resources, procedures and activities aimed at providing the highest level of quality to our Customers and Owners at all times and in all ways.

Construction Projects
We utilize a formal Quality Plan that outlines a specific process for assuring quality on our construction projects. Our Plan includes duties of our assigned project safety personnel related to their monitoring and checkpoint activities. We rely on a series of scheduled, detailed activities to assure that codes, standards, drawings, and specifications are in compliance and quality is assured.
