All field, and shop personnel complete our required High Impact Training for Safety (HITS) course. This Comfort Systems USA developed course includes certification for OSHA 10-hour training.

All employees in safety sensitive positions are trained in the following areas:

We conduct continuous training and monitoring programs to assure full awareness of safety issues, policies, and best practices by all employees in safety sensitive positions. The graph below illustrates our success at outperforming and maintaining safe conditions at our facilities and our jobsite’s compared to industry averages.
