Training
We, at Tri-City Mechanical, recognize the importance of recruiting and training personnel in our industry in order to assure a continuing qualified workforce. In fact, for many years we have provided in-house approved, accredited apprenticeship and other training programs for the industry as a whole.
In addition to our highlighted training programs, we provide required training for our foremen and leadmen covering areas that include conflict management and goal setting, through our Contren Training system. Office and management personnel have an assortment of professional training programs that are offered through our parent company, Comfort Systems USA.
